Parmi Yoga's creation started from the love of yoga between two sister's.

Patricia Parsons is a 500 RYT certified Hatha yoga instructor specializing in full figured yoga programs.
Patricia first came to the mat in the mid 90’s as a way to try and lose weight, combat the effects of her scoliosis, as well as a way manage stress and have fun. As a fuller figured yoga practitioner, she found that with certain modifications to the poses she grew stronger, more flexible and less winded in her practice and daily life. As a way to share the tremendous gift of yoga with others like herself, she became certified in Hatha Yoga, founded Parmi Yoga in 2009 and developed Parmi Plus yoga for fuller figures.
Along with her own classes, Patricia volunteer's teaching yoga at the Tong Louie YMCA in Surrey and continues to study yoga philosophy with the
Patricia’s fun, dynamic and rewarding classes are taught in a warm, welcoming and safe environment. She is excited to be sharing her love of yoga with students that never dreamed they could do yoga.
Jody has been teaching yoga at numerous studios and gyms in the Surrey/Fraser Valley area’s since 2004. Her gentle style of teaching includes restorative yoga, gentle Hatha for seniors and persons with injuries, as well as children’s yoga. Jody is a full time flight attendant and mother of 3 beautiful daughters, who in her spare time spends it with her family and volunteer’s her time teaching with Yoga Outreach.
Jody's classes are warm and inviting, fun and innovative with particular detail paid to breath-work and the benefits of connecting breath to movement.
